Joe Adragna is a first time writer for The Big Takeover. A music obsessive since first hearing The Beatles as a kid, Adragna spent every spare minute he had listening to records, playing music, reading about bands, or hanging out at the local record store. He used to freelance as a music journalist and radio DJ while performing in various bands throughout the 90s and early 2000s, interviewing acts such as Radiohead, Roger McGuinn, and Graham Coxon. Since that time, he has mainly concentrated on writing and performing under the name The Junior League and serving as a rotating member of the Scott McCaughey-led Minus 5. He lives outside of New Orleans.
