American melodic hardcore/metalcore band CONVEYER has returned with a new voice on No Future, their brand new album releasing June 23rd via Victory Records..
“Our goal with No Future was to capture the energy and passion of a CONVEYER live show on record,” reveals guitarist Ty Brooks.
Putting their DIY ethos to the side, CONVEYER entered Silver Bullet Studio in Connecticut with producer Greg Thomas (Shai Hulud, Misery Signals, With Honor) in January of this year. “This was the first record that we have ever worked on with a producer and we couldn’t be happier with how it came out. A lot of work went into shaping and re-arranging each song to make them the best that they could be. We are so grateful to him, Chris Teti and everyone else at the studio. We are very proud of No Future and we are looking forward to working on the next record with our family at Silver Bullet.”
In 2016, CONVEYER wrapped up a final run behind their Victory Records debut, 2015’s When Given Time To Grow, touring with label mates High Hopes, as well as Prophets, Ghost Key, For The Win, and others.
Now the band is ready to tour in support of No Future, scheduling a return to Canada and circling through the US performing the album’s songs live for the very first time. “We can’t wait… to play these songs in as many rooms as we can,” enthuses Brooks.
With nearly 200 shows under their belt since the release of When Given Time To Grown, CONVEYER have proven that they are one of the hardest working bands of the genre.
CONVEYER will play a special hometown record release show on June 24th in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The band is comprised of Jake Smith (bass), Ty Brooks (guitar), Danny Adams (vocals), John Gaskill (drums), and Jared Evangelista (guitar).
The Big Takeover is proud to premiere the powerful and dynamic album No Future a day ahead of its official release. The LP is a full-blast sonic barrage of blistering guitar thrash and burn and super-fast drum tempos. Throat-shredding shouts backed at times by harmonic vocals rampage through each track, providing raging and raw commentary on the destructive state of the world today.
On behalf of the band, Brooks adds, “We are so excited that No Future is finally here. We put a lot of work into this record and we are so happy with the end result. A huge thank you to everyone at Silver Bullet for all the hard work that went into this release. We’ll see you at a show soon!”
