We were smitten by Blacker back in May, when we had the pleasure of premiering a track from her latest album, In Waves, so we leapt at the chance to bring you this exclusive acoustic version of another fine song from that LP.
“Exhale” is “about the feeling of uncertainty you find yourself engulfed in when first you realize you feel more for someone than you’d originally thought you had,” said Blacker. “A remembrance of that fact that sometimes we just need to breathe through life’s events.” Amen to that.
