Mark Neeley

Working at the intersection of sound & vision, Mark Neeley is a writer and visual artist living in Cincinnati. Mark is a regular contributing writer for Aquarium Drunkard and his work has appeared in other publications such as Shindig! magazine and Volume 1 Brooklyn. As an analogue frame-by-frame animator, he makes animated short films, music videos and other promotional work. His short films Fragments and Pure Animation for Now People (featuring a soundtrack by Mark Mothersbaugh) have enjoyed long runs on the film festival circuit. In addition to the animation, his illustration and design work has appeared in outlets like the The New York Times.
