10 New(ish) Songs For Your Fall Mix
Here are 10 new (well, from 2011 at least) tracks that sound the way that I imagine Fall would sound, were it to have a sound. If you’re putting together a Fall mix, you could do worse than starting with these songs. Looking at the list, I notice two things that stick out. First, that to me Fall apparently sounds like straight forward guitar rock reminiscent of the sound of 90’s American indie rock. Second, Slumberland is doing this better for me than anyone else this year.
