Oh man do we looooove this one. “If Brian Wilson had dropped acid on the beach in Brazil and decided to record an album with Os Mutantes and The Flaming Lips, it would sound like this,” it says here, and indeed, San Francisco’s Will Halsey and Ash Reiter have achieved a brilliant mixture of trippy tropicalia, as torrid and twisted as we could hope for.
