Two of the dreamiest dream pop bands around have joined forces to produce this wistful split 7”!
The Luxembourg Signal (ex Aberdeen, Trembling Blue Stars) brings a remix by Robert Hampson (LOOP/MAIN) of “Dying Star,” the lead-off track from their 2014 self-titled album (reviewed by Chuck Foster in October last year). on Shelflife Records.
Soft Science (ex Holiday Flyer, California Oranges) contributes their first new track since the release of their sophomore album, Detour (check out their video premiere from August 2014).Titled “Breaking,” it’s filled with the vibrant pop hooks that led to the band’s being invited to perform at The Big Takeover 35th anniversary concert last February. (It’s also their first release with new member Tony Cale (English Singles) on drums.)
