Brian Lopez always seems to drop a killer cover on his records. His debut album, Ultra, covered “The Killing Moon” by Echo and The Bunnymen, and his new LP, Static Noise has a very cool rendition of the Zombies’ “She’s Not There.” This cover of the Ronettes classic was also recorded for Static Noise. In the end, Lopez decided two covers would be distracting, so he axed it at the last minute — but he’s graciously allowed us to share it with you!
