Consisting of David Obuchowski of critically acclaimed metal band Goes Cube, vocalist Emily Gray of Meanwhile Back in Communist Russia, multi-instrumentalist Michael Lengel, bassist Tyler Wilcox, and featuring special guest, Drag City Records solo artist Edith Frost, Distant Correspondent might be described as a dream-pop supergroup. Their self-titled debut LP is out today on Denver-based Hot Congress Records.
