Best Ozzy album since Blizzard Of Ozz and last great Ozzy record period.
Bad Religion – The Dissent Of Man (Epitaph)
Not liking the first four tracks but it’s pretty darn good after that.
Frank Black – Teenager Of The Year (4AD/Elektra)
Post-Pixies Black Francis started off pretty well and might have peaked here.
Be Your Own Pet – Get Awkward (Universal/XL)
Second and final album from a band that didn’t get very much credit for being much better than they should have been.
Jesca Hoop Kismet (Red Ink)
Lovely debut has since had a very good follow-up with Hunting My Dress.

Complete discography of the underrated influential shoegaze band.
