1. Pink Mink – S/T (Little Veronica)

   An album that is just now getting national release. It would be in your best interest to find it.

2. Avengers – The Pink Album (CD Presents)

   Do you really need me to tell you how great this is?

3. The Chrome Cranks – Ain’t No Lies In Blood (Bang!)

   Comeback albums usually suck. Not this one. Not one bit.

4. Lightning Bolt – “I Found A Ring In My Ear,” (Bandcamp)

   A 20-minute jam that never really meanders or annoys.

5. The Darkness – Permission To Land (Atlantic)

6. The Darkness – One Way Ticket To Hell…And Back (Atlantic)

7. Ceremony – Zoo (Matador)

   Granted, I’ve only heard three songs, but I really enjoyed them. You should hear them too.

8. Chicago Compilation (Twosyllable)

   Contains great Chicago acts Fielded and the incomparable Angel Olsen. Her song, In The Morning is worth getting this alone.

9. Bully In The Hallway – Crooks And Their Castles (Self-Released)

   Seriously, buy this already.

10. Lacuna Coil – Dark Adrenaline (Century Media)

    Poor first impression is giving way as there are several really good tracks. A much better album than their previous two.
